What this site is
It describes the residential remodeling work we perform and how we run it. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract.
Estimates and scopes of work
No price, allowance or figure appears anywhere on this site. Any estimate we give is issued separately in writing, is based on the scope of work agreed at that time, and is valid only on the terms and for the period stated on the document itself. Work proceeds under a signed written contract, not under anything published here.
The typical spans shown against each scope of work are planning ranges to make scheduling conversations useful. They are not commitments. The schedule for your project is set in your written scope of work once selections are settled and the permit path is known.
Descriptions of process and requirements
Statements about permits, inspections, code requirements and building department procedure describe our general experience of working in this region. They are not legal advice and they are not a substitute for the determination of the authority having jurisdiction over your particular address. Requirements change, and they differ between jurisdictions. What applies to your project is confirmed for your project.
Drawings on this site
Every drawing on this site was made for this site to illustrate how the work is documented. The dimensions, layouts and details in them are illustrative. They do not depict a specific client's property, they are not construction documents, and they must not be relied on or built from.
Enquiries you send us
Sending the form or emailing us does not create a contractual or professional relationship, and it places no obligation on either side. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. How we handle what you do send is set out in the privacy notice.
Availability
